Miss Call Notification for Apple IOS

Hi Support,

It would be beneficial for miss call notification on the Rainbow app on Apple IOS for paired device with your desk phone.

It is not until you are in the app that you can see the missed call, this feature is available on the OTCV for OXO.

  Hello Nick,

  this feature has been implemented, so you should get notification on iOS too in such a case.

  there are still undesirable side effects left, currently under correction, for sure, but follow the evolution of the new deliveries, you'll see the feature working.

  In case you are still not satisfied, please send us logs of the malfunction, we'll open a ticket to go deeper in analyze.

  Hi,

  I today also test it and there is no miss call notification appear on both Android and iOS on latest app 1.5.9. It is actually frustrated when we didn't know any missed call unless we open up the app.
