Guest accounts and contacts
Good Morning,
I have a problem with creating Guest accounts and their interaction with other users. My goal is to create a guest account and automatically connect to the frontend to be able to chat with a support agent in the same organization. I have followed the guide to create guest account and login in front-end, the process of sending credentials and login works correctly. The problem comes once I have logged in with the guest account, when I retrieve a contact to open a conversation I can not find any contact. Neither searching for all contacts or for an ID finds anything, the guest user is connected with correct appid and keys but I do not have the possibility to send messages to a person in the organization.
How can I open a conversation to a contact within my organization, once I am logged in with a guest account?
If in angular JS I use getNetworkContacts (), getAll () or getContactbyId () it does not return anything to me. I'm leaving some step before sending the access credentials to Angular? Do I have to open the conversation between guest and user from angularJS or from nodeJS?

Hi Jesus,
As describe in https://hub.openrainbow.com/#/documentation/doc/hub/users-in-rainbow guest role doesn't allow to search. Either replace guest account in your usage by fake user account, don't forget to set the several flags in order to avoid unexpected emily interaction or email notification. For the password generation follow the rules described in the rest admin api. You have also to manage yourself the user lifecyle.
