Making chatbot application public

Hello,

I used Rainbow sandbox developer account. And I have created some test users under my admin Rainbow sandbox account. I assigned a test with admin rights account to a rainbow chatbot application. It is up and running fine.

But I could not do search this chatbot application user from any other sandbox developer account or production accounts(same company or different company). The only option that I have is to send friend request to other users.

I prefer to make it public (discover by searching the user)instead of sending friend request from chatbot to any other users or other way around. 

Is it possible to make my chatbot application open to everyone?

  Hello Sunny,

   

  I am not fully aware of the rigth's constraints, but take care to not use an admin account to connect your bot, because :

  in doc https://hub.openrainbow.com/#/documentation/doc/hub/users-in-rainbow   :

  Accounts with admin or app_admin role can't do business tasks (unlike accounts with bp_admin or bp_finance role).

   

  Maybe some else, will answer fully to your question.
