Filter "My Conversation" Panel by Type (Bubble, Conversation, Meeting)

Dear Rainbow Team,

could you please add a group feature for the conversation history for:

• One to one conversation
• Bubble
• Conference call's/Meetings

To get a better structured view on the conv. history.

  You want to group several bubbles or conversations concerning for example the same project?

  Hi Quentin, it's more like the favorite function but a standard filter for the latest conversation's for

  • peer to peer sessions and chats
  • Bubbles
  • Conference call's

  So more filter on type and on time.

  If I understand correctly, the need is a little similar to your request: "Add Tags or Labels to Contacts, Conversations or Bubbles, to Manage them Easily"

  Not really, it's more a standard view filter in the con. tab. currently we have filtered them by time my aim is to have an additional filter for type Bubble, conference, 1:1 session

  What Mikail means is a "dropdown-menu" to select either, Bubbles, Conferences or 1:1 Sessions. If you select Bubbles, you only see Bubbles in your conversations History

  Hi Riki, thank you for your contribution but aim was to get to the time sorting an additional type sorting in the standard view. So you would get both on one view without an additional drag drop menu. Should be a client configuration in the options for those users who want to have this more granular sorting.
