Add an Option to Create a Shortcut in the Taskbar Using .msi Installer

When installing Rainbow app with the MSI, it would be useful to add an option to create a shortcut in the taskbar.

We are using  SCCM to deploy the application, and we need users to have as immediate an access as possible to the application. But creating this shortcut through SCCM is not easy; hence the idea to include it in the MSI package.
