    Is your question about using the Skype Business Add-on? Can you send me a screenshot? This will help me to better target your problem.

    And do you confirm that you had access to phone services with your Rainbow account when you encountered this issue?

    Thanks for your screenshot. 

    "Audio Call" feature seems to be available on your screenshot. Is your issue still reproducible?

    Yes, it is activated on my computer now, but we have abt 60 computers using Rainbow and the call function become unavailible at irregular intervals (we have tried to re-install etc, but the same situation happens again).
