Allow Emergency Calls via a Desktop Application even if the Computer is Locked

Dear rainbow Team,

could you please consider a emergency call button when pc is locked to give the user the ability in critical situations to make a emergency call.

  Hi Mikail,
  I think that's a good idea. In education, where much only the laptop use, the function emergency call from the lock screen is important.
