Open Data interface to enrich incoming conversation with Open Data

Dear Rainbow team,

since data is the gold of 21st century it would be useful if Rainbow would offer open data as a Service.

There are so many web pages who offer this data and rainbow could implement this into the client and offer in every incoming additional information's which are useful for the user or the company.

So you could integrate Data Driven decision making for user's and bot's..?!
