Confidentiality, hide mobile number in the contacts of the same company

Hi.
 
Our customers request that among the users of the same company can't see the mobile number in the contact's file.
Would it be possible to implement this functionality?

  Hi Javier,

  users can already hide their mobile numbers by un-check the shared option for this number in their user profile.
