Individual settings of UI

Dear Rainbow Team,

it would be great to have the possibility to change the UI by personal preferences.

Comparable to Microsoft Outlook, where I can set the width of each column. Additionally it would be great if the favorite tab would have a higher capacity and the my conversation tab could be changed into a grid view same as the favorite tab.
