The client loses control of the call without being able to take any action.
Below our Rainbow 3Corp reseller, we have some Rainbow client companies that are connected to their respective OXEs and WebRTC.
The solutions are working with some inconsistencies, such as the following:
- When the client is on an external connection with the PSTN and the client tries to make another call, the transfer or a conference call is muted and the client loses control of the call without being able to take any action.
We notice that the application behaves satisfactorily when only one operation is performed at a time. But when you run a second call, transfer or conference the call is muted and the originator of the call loses control of the call.
Can someone give us a solution?
