    The issue is intermittent and this never works correctly. The customer is new, it was configured for about 1 week.

    Hello,

    There is a problem with the WebRTC gateway from PBX otec05.triwave.com.br. The connectivity with Rainbow servers has been lost.
    Could someone check if the VM is up and running and also verify the network connectivity?
