    You may need to program some Dialing Rules in the equipment settings of Rainbow if you are not able to make any calls.

    Otherwise, it might be better to log a support call and send the rainbow logs with the support request.

    I'm just setting up a demo but without a trunk just to show that you can make a call from the cloud to an extension associated with the rainbow and from the local side without making external calls from the pbx.
