Telephony services currently not available

    Hello Gert I am currently experiencing the same issue. My Rainbow PC app says Telephony Services are Unavailable but my iPhone app is fine. Other members of our company are also fine. I have logged out of Rainbow and back in. I have also started my PC the issue is still there.

    I have the same problem on other users , maybe there is a general rainbow problem?

    I think there may be an issue. It was the same on my PC and MAC and the Web version. But the iPhone version was fine

    Hello Geert...I thought I would let you know that my telephony services came back on line a short while ago. I dont know what the issue was, but I seemed to be the only one affected in my company.
