Disable Chat and file sharing due to Data Loss Prevention

Our customer (large hospital) wants to disable the chat function and the file sharing function in the rainbow clients. The cause of this is that the customer does not want that the users exchange sensitive information that can not be controlled by the hospital.

Every electronic communication in the hospital is scanned with DLP software (Data Loss Prevention) . This is already possbile for E-mail, Skype, Teams,...

  I have also had a request from a hospital to be able to disable file sharing.

  I see two possibilities:
  
  

  1. A CPaaS application with the desired communication resources;
  2. A company_level flag/setting for each communication resource in the Rainbow desktop / WEB versions.

  I agree Ruben.

  We did a customer demo yesterday and the customer did not want his staff to have any functionality other than Mobility using WebRTC Gateway. I proposed that we work with them to develop a mobile app that just presents the Rainbow call functionality.

  Does anyone know if there is already an API that can disable Rainbow chat?
