I can not search in the PBX Phone BookAnswered
I can not search in the PBX Phone (OXE12.2) book from the rainbow client (Business)
I can see the name and the number with an incoming call . But they do not appear in the search field .
I have set the same in PBX.
In OXE, I have set phone book send to rainbow -> Yes.
However, I could not see PBX users in the Rainbow when I search t in phone book.
It results "No result found"
All the process are running good.
The type of license I used is "Enterprise demo license".
Do you have any idea?
First, have you tried to restart the OXE Rainbow agent?
Then, there is currently a similar issue reported in our database (Enterprise demo, no OXE phonebook displayed in Rainbow). It might be the same problem. This will be fixed with Rainbow 1.60 release planned for August 25th.
