Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI)
This may be a dumb question, but to be sure..
We use a CRM which is compatible with Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) and want to know if Open Rainbow works with/integrates TAPI.

TAPI is not natively supported by OpenRainbow , It's also less an less supported by Microsoft...
Depending on the uses cases you want for the CRM, there are different mechanisms that can help:
As Sam mentioned, Rainbow Desktop application can invoke a command or an URL to pass a caller number to the CRM, so that the caller contact card be displayed.
For the make call, Hot key can be defined in the Rainbow desktop application.
TEL: url are also managed, if the CRM application embeds TEL: URL, this will invoke Rainbow to make a call with pointed number.
