    Hi Raffael,

In the coming sprints, we will add guides that will target both Objective-C and Swift.

From a Swift application, you can import our SDK as from an objective-C application.

It is very easy and in Xcode, all the completion already works as for Objective-c code.

Moving our framework to Swift is an other journey :-)

Hope the answers will help you,

    Regards,

    Olivier

    Hello Oliver,
My app is written with a mix. Rainbow Framework with Objective C and my app Code is in Swift. This is really fully compatible. This is known to me.

But there are still some (detours / not so nice implementations) when you mix Objective C with Swift code. Because Swift supports language features which are not available in Objective C. That's why I think it would make sense to change the framework to Swift in the Future.

I am aware that this is a longer process, the question here is more in which period this is planned ? I hope its planned ;-)

    Regards Raffael

    Hi Raffael,

At this time, this is not planned at short and mid term (not in 2019). After that it could be part of the plan

    Regards,

    Olivier
