Rainbow down in Manila

Rainbow is down as of approx 12.15pm Manila time. Also link to live status not working.Internet Rainbow also not logging in. This is not good. Internet connections working elsewhere

  I just published a service notification regarding yesterday morning's outage. You can consult it here:

  In other hand we are investigating about the lack of consistence between the website status.openrainbow.com and the real situation (in order to improve the site).

  Rainbow. We need info. My main point is the status link was not working so we had no clue. We have clients who's operations are based on Rainbow. Dont get me wrong Rainbow and support are good but we cannot have outages which appear to be around the world and not know or be able to be informed

  It was about an hour outage. I thought Rainbow have redundant servers. We have no clue what happened.
