Request for locked profile name and pictures for editing.

Hi,

Currently we have issues whenever a users changing rainbow profile name/pictures account. As an administrators we need to lock profile name for user to edit it or you have better suggestions. This issues has cause difficulty for another user to search a user.

For e.g:

johndoe@mail.com (Profile Name from John Doe changed to David)

So if another user want to chat with John Doe they unable to find via search bar and nobody know the name already changed to David.

Our objective is to still make another users identify their network members even their members changing the Profile name.
