Hi,
what type of SDK do you try to use? Is it Rainbow Web SDK (JavaScript applications based in a browser) or rather one of the mobile platform SDK (Android or iOS)?
If you try to use the Web SDK, which of the four sample projects did you run?
What is the version of the SDK that you use?
What is the platform that you use for development?
What browser version do you use?
This info will help us figure out the problem you're facing.
Thanks in advance,
Konrad

Hi,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I tried to follow Rain-Web-SDK-Samples/SDKAngularSample.
And it is developing using "git hub page". ( https://pages.github.com/ )
(using javascript)
After uploading the files to the Git Hub, check the web with Chrome browser.
Thank you for your help.
Regards.

Hi again,
try following the Getting Started guide to find out how can you use Rainbow's API both on Sandbox test platform and on the Production Platform. You would need to register your App in our Rainbow HUB.
For more explanations, please follow the guides and our API documentation.

Hi,
I strongly advise you to follow the tutorials published in Rainbow HUB platform that I linked above- you can find the details on how each of the services work and build up on that knowledge.
As for the samples, each of them has a README file with all the necessary explanations.

Konrad
