    Absolutely agree with this, have had to change 2 sales to OXO Connect from Evolution as the customer required an operator application on PC

    I think this is a must as well, hopefully an operator/Attendant version of Rainbow will become available for easier call handling.

    This is a feature that will give us more flexibility on implementing rainbow for our customers, now it is not possible to transfer a call if you just receive a new incoming call. Two calls is to less.

    As the OXO connect has normally more recourses for calls, this should not been limited to Two calls for rainbow but it should be limited to the number of recourses-keys on the set.
