Job creation out of a chat or appointment creation through an chat

Dear Team,

currently I've the problem of read messages which are paired with a job, actually we are not able to set the read message to unread so i would recommend to give the enterprise user the option to create with the chat a appointment in outlook or a job/reminder in rainbow or outlook.
