    This sounds like a very useful feature. Given that users are looking to replace their deskphones with a Rainbow client, it is essential that we continue to extend corporate telephony features to those users.

    Thanks Brian, it’s the clients who are asking this as they can see the potential in rainbow. The thing is these features are supported currently on Pimphony, the Rainbow product can’t go backwards in what ALE existing products already have. It has to provide as much telephone features as possible or our clients will look else where. The UCaaS market place is very competitive and there are some really good products out there which are rich in features

    I agree Nick and I am confident the Rainbow team will get there. I am totally impressed with the frequency of the Rainbow updates and the new and enhanced features that are added with each update. Obviously they can only do so many things at once, which is why this forum is so important to them. It gives them a chance to prioritise the various enhancements they are looking to integrate.

    Thanks for taking the time to participate in the community - it has real value.

    Just to add on this as well. We have a client that wished to go full on Rainbow on Mobile. Since the client has 2 companies he needs to be able to distinguish which number(Huntgroup) was called by the client, so he can greet the client accordingly while not loosing the ability to call back.

    Agreed, this is an essential feature, just lost a sale as this was a requirement by the client.  They have gone with a competitor as their mobile application does have this ability!

    This would be a welcomed feature as Nick has suggested. We have observed this scenario with many end users and this feature would make life easier for the end users when answering calls when associated to multiple hunt groups.

    This is a really important feature and "tagging" the call is being asked by numerous UK ALE customers. This will enhance sales in all regions. Can you please confirm if this feature is being added to the road map?
