we (Company with >1000 User) have the big problem that our clients seek anonymity due to mental illness, drug addiction or domestic violence.

Because they could now be found publicly in the address book, Rainbow is currently not usable. Internally yes, but unfortunately not in the external image and to stay in contact with our clients.

We want to offer our clients the best possible support with a high level of privacy.

When can we expect an improvement in privacy for non-company customers?
