ip phones not shown on rainbow to contact assign
AnsweredI have an oxo connect to latest release, I have connected to Rainbow and it's shown as active, but when I try to assign an extension to a user, it only shows the analog and digital phones, but the IP phones are not in the list, and most of my phones extensions are IP, we have configure WebRTC and checked the OXO configuration but still has this issue...
Do you have any idea how to add IP phones to Rainbow.

Hi Mauricio,
May I suggest you to check your PBX configuration using latest version of TC2479 for OXO.
Have you provided enough UTL licenses (external mobile users)?
Did you associate an "Any Device" as secondary device of each IP Phones?
If it still does not work, please open a ticket to Rainbow support, as explained here:
