Automatically reduce the file size of photos/images shared

Nowadays, photos/images from mobile phones or screenshots can be over 5MB each. Sharing such large file size makes downloading them very slow and create a bad user experience in Rainbow.

Rainbow should automatically reduce the file size of such images (both the thumbnail and the original image) so that the user will not think that Rainbow is slow.

If need be, an additional option to download the original size image may be offered but personally, I don't think this is required.

  I'm happy today that Rainbow does not reduce the quality of the send pictures.

  If this request will be implemented please consider to implement a question to the sender if this picture should reduced or not as it may related to the situation.
