Bluetooth connectivity on Rainbow Android

hi Team, 

recently i received a voice call in rainbow, the call was ringing on my Cars Bluetooth speaker, when i attended the call, the voice patch switched back to device speaker/mic , i was only able to continue my conversation by putting the mobile on speaker.

my mobile voice calls /whats app voice calls are working fine with my paired Bluetooth car audio.'

 

is this normal or a bug ? or are we not supporting blue tooth devices on mobile for Rainbow ?

  Additional information the mobile phone is Android version 9(Pie), Mobile model honor 8x.

  I have a similar issue with Rainbow just not recognising my bluetooth headset (plantronics backbeat Go 2) running on a Samsung Android A5.

  It appears Rainbow completely ignores the headset. Every other app on my phone recognises it though. 

  I find I can't answer a call, make a call or even listen to a voicemail - instead it plays it to the speaker. 

  Is there a bug with headset support?
