Skype for Business plugin problem

Hello,

 

We are experiencing a problem in S4B plugin.

The users can use Rainbow normally linked to its OXE, but when trying to use the plugin, no error appeared but it simply does not work. When we call the user, it does not ring and can't place any calls either.

 

How can I obtain some help in this?

  Hello,  

  the user need a business or enterprise licence. Are you able to login?
