Iphone behavior

Hi all,

here to request suggestion about Iphone's behavior.

I have two phone (1 Android and 1 iOS), both associated with the same account and settings, when I make a call to the internal number associated with them, the Android phone ring every time, instead the iOS device rings intermittently, once yes and once not.

 

SUGGESTIONS?

 

Android 9 with Rainbow 1.63.3

iOS 13.1.3 with Rainbow 1.63.3.476

  Hello,

  The team is currently working to solve this kind of problems on IOS. I would suggest to wait the delivery of 1.64 version planned on November 17th. It should definitely solve missed call scenario.

  Thanks Claire,

  yesterday the iOS app is upgraded to 1.63.4 and seems to works properly.

  I will check again when release 1.64 will be delivered.

  Hi, has the 1.64 version being delayed? I can't find it in app store yet.

  Hi all,

   

  I confirm that the 1.64 is already available in the Android Play Store, not in the iOS App Store.
