List more than 20 last conversations
Currently, if user missed unread conversation, because meantime he had more than 20 other communications, unanswered conversation drops from the last 20 conversation list and if you don't remember the caller's name, you can't reach the conversation.
There should be an option to scroll next conversation, 20 per step.
And option to show each conversation which has unread message.
Now, there is only option to get all unanswered calls, nothing is available for IM / chat / bubble.

Meanwhile it's 40 but I have still customers reaching that limit and losing messages.
I think at least unread conversations should be kept and not truncated.
Maybe the PLM can rethink that feature.
PS: As long as the client is open and no other login is done, the list grows 40+ (tested with 53) but if I login on WebClient or restart my Desktop Client, all above 40 is deleted.
