internal voip no voice

when i call from rainbow app to an internal extention using Voip and if I answer the call from the phone everything is ok and the voice is heard; but if i call from Rainbow app to internal extention using voip and answer the call using Rainbow app the voice is not heard.

  Hello Mauricio,

  What about a pure Rainbow Audio call? Do you have the same problem with the same devices in the same network conditions?

  Is the port 3478 opened for UDP protocol?
