Outlook plugin doesn't work properly

Hello,

The Outlook plugin doesn't work properly.

When we are on the main page of the mailbox in Outlook, the plugin and all the functions are in grey :

When we enter on an email, its working well : 

The perequisites softwares are correctly installed : Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and Microsoft Visual  Studio 2010 Tools

Microsoft Office version : Microsoft Office Standard 2010

Outlook : V 14.0.7197.5000 (32bits)
