 A customer asks for autonomy from rainbow users to manage their personal or group address book.
 Especially for the sales department it requires separation of the customer contacts assigned to the agents.
 In addition to this, it asks for a simpler and more direct interaction of the user-side phone book

  Hello Antonio

  Does the customer use Microsoft Outlook? The integration between Outlook and Rainbow with an Enterprise Subscription would be able to provide the customer with the ability to maintain individual and group address books.

  Of course Rainbow also has a nice level of integration with Google as well. In addition you can also integrate with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.

  Finally, Rainbow can also integrate with an Azure Active Directory.
