Different conference rooms per user

I have a customer where the CEO assistant organizes several conferences weekly. These conferences may be for different work teams or departments, and sometimes they could be hold at the same time. It is crazy to have different users for the same person, while currently each rainbow user can only have one conference room activated.

If this is not resolved the customer will have to look for other services.
