the conference button is grayed out
Answeredhi Team
the conference button on the bubble is disabled showing mouse tip "web conferences are not available for the bubble with more than 50 participants"
my bubble is having 9 organizers and 22 participants (total of 31 members)
either the mouse tip message is wrong or the bubble conference is not allowed for even 31.
please clarify
./regards

Hello Fegy
I just had a look at one of our Bubbles that has 3 Organisers and 38 Participants and the Start Conference button was not greyed out. It may be worthwhile to log out of Rainbow and back in and even to perhaps reboot the PC and see if that changes things. If it doesn't then I would suggest logging a support request.
Hope that helps

Hi guys
This issue also happened to me.
I created a bubble with 2 Organizers and 37 participants and the button to start the Conference was disabled.
The button enabled only after I removed some participants. Leaving the bubble with 30 participants I managed to start the Conference.
Does anyone know why?Regards

Hi Diogo
Up until a couple of weeks ago the conference was limited to 30 participants but it was raised to 50 in the latest release - that is how it was designed to perform once you hit 30 participants, but that shouldn't happen now until you get to 50. I have just checked a Bubble that has 43 participants and the Start Conference button is not grayed out.
Can I suggest that you log out of the Rainbow application, then quit the Rainbow application and then log back in to see if that corrects the situation. You also need to ensure that you are currently using version 1.69.
If neither of those things work, you will need to raise a support case with the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise business partner that looks after your account.
Although I am a Community Moderator, I actually do not work at ALE and can not raise support calls on your behalf.
Regards
Brian
