Windows app buggyAnswered
There doesn't seem to be a separate forum for bugs so I'll post my findings here.
I could observe already three times in a row that if I left my PC on overnight, the next day Rainbow would not work properly unless I logged out and back in.
N.B., the app does not crash or hang itself, at least not in the terminology of Windows applications, it's just that the (web?) content part of the app no longer works, buttons don't react. I'm on version 1.68.4.
By the way, it is generally quite a nuisance that it is required to log out and back in after almost every single change in the Rainbow tenant for this change to be reflected in the app. I hope we'll see some improvement in this respect.
I am currently using Rainbow version 1.68.4 on a Windows PC with Window 10 Pro. I am not experiencing the issues you are describing. I would suggest you (or your Alcatel-Lucent Partner) open a fault with Rainbow support and attach the logs from the Rainbow application. They may see something in the logs that can help you.
