Enable Meeting tab only for those with the right subscription
I suggest that the Meeting tab should be enabled only for those users with the Conference subscription activated, in other to avoid confusion.
At least, if the tab remains visible, there should be a short explanation about its functionality and a suggested message for asking your administrator to enable that.

I have to agree with you, there is certainly some confusion between managing a conference call in Bubbles and managing a conference call in Meetings. The issue with your suggestion is that the Meetings tab can still be used by someone without the Enterprise Conference subscription or pay per use functionality, to manage Meetings that they have been invited to by other with the Enterprise Conference subscription.
I do agree that there should be clearer instructions between the two options, Bubble and Meetings and a bit of an explanation in the meetings tab itself.

I fully agree that a clear instruction is needed for the difference between Bubble Conference and Meeting Conference.
In the last days I've at least every day a customer who ask me how he can plan a meeting with his enterprise subscription and do not aware about Enterprise and Conference subscription.
