Rainbow Desktop app and Kaspersky
AnsweredI am having trouble with installing or updating to the latest rainbow (Desktop client Windows 1.69.1), Kaspersky seems to want to see it as a Trojan.win32 and wants to disinfect off all of my computers since the latest update.
Can you please help with this?

Hello,
As a workaround, we have just released this morning a version 1.69.3:
You might have to uninstall 1.69.2 first then install 1.69.3 and the problem should be resolved. We have also contacted Kaspersky to indicate the false positive. It should be fixed on their side in the coming days.

Hi Brian
This has been raised a couple of times in the past few days.. I haven't seen any responses though.
I have done a quick search and it is possible to identify a specific program on the pc as ok in Kaspersky. You will need to add Rainbow to the Kaspersky white list. Here is a page I found on how to do this...let me know if it works.
