New/Modification/Removal of Post in Channels Refresh/Cache Problem

This is happened in Web/PC/Mac version of Rainbow only as far as we are aware. Unsure how long/since what version that this has been happening.
If we create new/modify/remove post in the channel. The changes are not appearing/updated straight away in the channels page. You have to navigate away from the channel, and return to it in order to have it"updated/refreshed" so the post appearing/updated on the channel.
We have raised a support ticket recently (#00460898) which has a video file in it, plus we've done a screen sharing session with the support team showing the problem - most likely has been recorded with the team as well. The support team member has confirmed that it is replicable on their lab as well, but mentioning that it is a "normal behaviour due to the cache".
Well in our opinion this isn't normal, it looks more like a bug.
Obviously not ideal as the same problem doesn't happen on mobile device (at least iOS version).
Also in the past - we don't recall which version - we remembered that was working fine.
(ie. if you create new post in the channel, it will appear straight away).
Can we suggest:
- If this is a bug, so can we suggest to have this fixed in the future release?
- But if this is really the "normal behaviour", can we suggest to have this is changed/improved instead for the future release?
