Link to chat or call to a user

I have a bot (node js in a server) working with IBM Watson Assistant, most of the issues are solved by the AI, however in some cases is necessary talk/chat to an expert, is there a way to share a real person contact link to the user ? or better if there a way to initialize a videocall between the enduser and the expert via bot?
