Do not automatically scroll to the end of a bubble when a new message arrives.

When a new message arrives in a bubble, the bubble automatically scrolls to the new messages. This can be annoying when you're currently reading the older messages in order to follow the conversation. In bubbles with a high message frequency you never have the chance to read the older messages at all.
