Status goes to Voice Busy on windows App , but available green in mobile app (android)

hi Team, 

finding a weird issue. 

while in a bubble conference the organizer disconnects the call and relaunch the same. 

for me, my windows app (window 10 )  stays in voice busy (red) and cannot join the conference again. 

while checking on the mobile (android) my status is available (green). 

if a voice call is made to another user through the rainbow, and disconnect the windows app comes back to green status.

anybody reported a similar issue ?

Attaching the logs from my mobile/ windows app, the logs are taken just after the issue ., i can upload teh logs once its permitted.

windows machine is in GMT and mobile in IST time zone.
