Bulk import users after creation users through Azure AD

Hi,
The customer activate the Rainbow and bulk import the users using the .csv file.
Now, his integrated the AD Azure.
If the proceed import, the "local" users are replaced for the users of AD Azure.
Note: the "local" users are equals the AD users.
Example:
Local user: alberto.silva@company.com
AD user: alberto.silva@company.com
