The Search call versus Business directory users

By Search call it is possible find contact also from Business directory, it is right.

The  design of this possible  presents a  found contact by Search call  as First name,  Surname and  the jobTitle information. Why only jobTitle information ? Why not Company name information ? It is logical requests from cutomers that the found contact should  present except First and Surname, the Company name for faster orientation. Why isn't possible in Business directory management of choice show for field  ( jobTitle, Department, Company ) ?
