have an oxe extension associated with REX for rainbow

configuration is as follows

OXE -> hunt group -> extension (deskphone)

Deskphone associated with REX extension for Rainbow

situation:

the deskphone is OOS

Issue :

any hunt group call not rings on REX user when their desk phone OOS, when the user calls from internally to the hunt group number.
