"Start Conference" Button doesn´t work for an organizer
Hi there.
one user has Rainbow ver1.71.8 installed, then this user creates a bubble and when he click the Start Conference button doesn´t work, doesn´t do anything.
We have already checked the microphone and video settings and everything works fine, this user has Enterprise demo license, and we have also used a different laptop with the same credentials for this user and it happened the same situation.
It is important to mention that before swapping laptops, we previously tested both laptops with another users credentials, and both laptops worked fine (start Conf button), We also deleted this user and create his account all over again (from scratch) and we have the same problem (Start Conf button doesn´t work)
By the way, when this user is invited to a conference, the Join Conference button works just fine..

If the problem is still present in the latest Rainbow Version you may open a ticket and attach your logs.
Please keep the community updated how it was fixed after closing the ticket.
