Hi,

it's possible to have the Video of a doorman in Rainbow ?

We try to use a Video Doorman, it's ok for Voice and DTMF but we can't have the Video

  Hi Sebastien,

  video in Rainbow is only supported with Rainbow endpoints. You may call your Video Doorman from a Video SIP phone?

  Hi Andreas HEISE,

  We test from a Castel Video Doorman and we would like to have the Video in Rainbow (Web or Desktop app), but it doesn't work.
