Random users "Telephony service is currently not available"

Good day community

I have an issue with a brand new install, on a daily basis random users will get the error stating "Telephony service is currently not available" so also unable to make or receive calls. The customer is highly upset and do not know what cause the issue.I have logged a SR with Alcatel-Lucent Support, does anyone have some advice?

This is on an OXO Evolution

    Hello,

    What version of software is the Evo currently running? We have had reports of a similar issue.
