Outlook connector feature

If I create an appointment in Outlook with a list of participants and then press the "Join Rainbow Bubble" button in Outlook, the participants of the invitation should automatically be entered as participants of the bubble, if they are Rainbow Users. Participants of the Outlook invitation who are not Rinbow Users should be automatically invited as "Invite Contacts".
